Bandwidth pricing is for both LIVE and ON DEMAND webcasting COMBINED.  We do not charge different rates for this usage.  Each account has the ability to do both on-demand and live webcasting.  Our reporting / logging system combines the bandwidth from the different servers and aggregates them into one total.
